Design Consultation
We visit the project site to discuss your project goals and objectives. We recommend floor plan changes, material options or furnishings and answer all your questions about the project you’re considering.

Design Development
After getting all your input on design ideas, we evaluate and research the best design solutions for you. We create design concept drawings and source all the materials and furnishings your project will require.

Design Presentation
The Project Reveal! Using live 3D modeling software, we show you the most functional new room configurations and beautifully coordinated materials and furnishings to completely transform your home.

Project Budgeting
We determine quantities, details and costs of all of the materials needed and review the scope of work with our trade craftsmen to determine the labor costs to implement the project exactly as designed.

Drafting & Permitting
We draft the architectural drawing set and coordinate with engineers or surveyors if needed to obtain a building permit and manage the permit approval process with the Building Department.

Ordering & Logistics
We place and track orders from our reliable pro vendors and wholesale accounts for all the materials required for the project. We manage the shipping and timely delivery of materials to your project site.

Construction Supervision
We coordinate the project schedule from demo to completion with our clients and contractors. We visit the project site as needed to answer all questions from our clients and tradesmen as they arise.
